Tell me about it...stud

This is the most emotion Derrick showed the entire time I was in Colorado. Apparently he only performs for the camera.* I was under the mistaken impression that when he came home from work and saw me sitting in the kitchen chatting with mom and dad (I flew into town as a surprise for his graduation) he would freak out - tears, jumping, break dance moves, possibly an expletive or two - but no. He just said, "Wow," in a rather monotone voice. Eh, whatever. It was fun anyway.
