extreme church makeover
For some reason, I recruited myself to makeover the room where the young women at church congregate. It was all blue and gray and blah.
Now I think it's sufficiently girly and organized (and yes, I totally made that banner All. By. Myself. From. The. Pattern. In. My. Brain. Easy, yes. But I'm not a sew-er, or a sewer for that matter).

church buildings are all so blah! You did a great job of making it fun and cute. And I sort of want that banner for my office. Can you send me one? I think it would provide the perfect amount of cheery.

P.S. I'm such a jerk. I should say that I had help -- my friend Becky (different awesome person, not one of my multiple personalities) was an integral part of this room re-do. Love her!!
